Non-exclusive beats have restrictions for the amount of streams, sales/earnings and can be re-sold to multiple artists at a time. H-L Beatz retains full ownership of the beat when they are sold Non-Exclusively.

Exclusive rights transfers the ownership of the beat to the purchaser, with the exception that they cannot re-sell the beat. If the beat is currently released the beat is removed from beat stores and is no longer available for purchase.
